1. About these terms
These terms and conditions govern the provision of property refurbishment, decorating and related services by Falcon Decorating & Property Services Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By instructing us to carry out work, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations and estimates
Written quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. The price quoted is based on the scope described and the site conditions observed at the time of quotation. Any variation or addition to the scope may result in a revised price.
3. Deposits and payment
A deposit may be required to secure materials and start dates. Payment terms are set out in your written quotation. Unless otherwise agreed, the balance of the contract price is payable on completion of the works.
4. Access and site conditions
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours, including utilities such as water and electricity where required. We will take reasonable care to protect your property and belongings; however, items of value should be removed or protected by you prior to the commencement of work.
5. Warranties
We warrant that our work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Any defects arising from our workmanship within the warranty period stated in your quotation will be remedied at our cost, subject to normal wear and tear, misuse, or third-party interference.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the contract price except where such limitation is prohibited by law. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses arising from delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
