Refund Policy

1. Deposits

Deposits paid to secure materials or a start date are generally non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfil the agreed scope of work. In such cases, we will refund the deposit in full within 14 days.

2. Cancellation by you

If you wish to cancel or postpone work after a deposit has been paid, please notify us as soon as possible. If materials have already been ordered or work has commenced, we may retain a reasonable amount to cover those costs, with the balance refunded to you.

3. Cancellation by us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a project, we will refund any deposit or payment made in advance for work not yet carried out. We will also provide reasonable notice and explain the reason for cancellation.

4. Disputes and quality concerns

If you are not satisfied with the work, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the issue and, where a defect in our workmanship is confirmed, we will remedy it at our cost. This is our preferred route and typically resolves concerns without the need for a refund.
